# 批量模板设置与管理

## 1. 使用模板生码

可使用模板通过填表单个制作、在线表格批量生码、上传excel方式批量生码，也可在手机端使用模板生码。

- 在线表格，批量生码：在网页版表格中直接填写数据生码，每一行数据生成一个子码 [在线表格，批量生码](/help/bulk-qr-code/bulk-dynamic-qr-code/generate-with-template/online-spreadsheet-bulk-generation)

## 2. 模板设置

注：模板上的设置，会对该模板下的所有子码生效。如需每个子码独立设置，可在子码预览弹窗设置

- 批量设置子码名称：设置子码的命名规则，系统会根据这个规则自动命名模板下所有子码。如：设备名称+编号 [批量设置子码名称](/help/bulk-qr-code/bulk-dynamic-qr-code/template-settings/batch-set-sub-code-names)
- 批量设置子码目录：设置子码存储目录，可设置存储固定目录，也支持根据可变内容字段值自动划分目录，如：所属分公司/部门 [批量设置子码目录](/help/bulk-qr-code/bulk-dynamic-qr-code/template-settings/batch-set-sub-code-directory)
- 手机端编辑子码：子码的可变内容，可以在手机端添加或修改 有权限的人可直接在手机端工作台用模板快速生成子码 [手机端编辑子码](/help/bulk-qr-code/bulk-dynamic-qr-code/template-settings/mobile-edit-sub-code)
- 子码设置：统一设置子码的有效期、查看权限、打开方式以及收藏/分享等 [子码设置](/help/qr-code-and-data/qr-code-settings/overview)

## 3. 模板后期管理
